Golden sunrise over the North Dakota prairie

About Us

Clinical Expertise. Personal Passion. Real Second Chances.

TE Harmony Solutions was founded by Tim Etonde, DNP, PMHNP-BC — a psychiatric nursing practitioner who has spent a career treating addiction alongside mental health, and who believed deeply that recovery deserves more than a clinical setting.

Our Story

TE Harmony Solutions was founded by Timothy Etonde, a Doctor of Psychiatric Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with years of frontline experience treating patients living with addiction, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Working in psychiatric care, Dr. Etonde witnessed firsthand what happens when people complete treatment but have nowhere stable and supportive to land. The clinical system could stabilize — but it couldn't always sustain. That gap became the mission.

TE Harmony Solutions was built out of that passion: to create a sober living environment that bridges clinical understanding with genuine community. Serving Fargo, Grand Forks, and surrounding North Dakota communities, we offer residents not just a roof — but a foundation built by someone who has dedicated their career to helping people heal.

"I've seen what addiction takes from people. I built this place because I've also seen what recovery can give back."

Dr Etonde holds a Doctor of Psychiatric Nursing Practice and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With extensive clinical experience treating patients with addiction, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions, TE Harmony Solutions LLC was founded not as a business venture — but as a calling. A belief that every person deserves a second chance, and the right environment to take it.

What We Stand For

Hope

We believe every person who walks through our door is capable of a full, meaningful life. Hope isn't a platitude here — it's the foundation everything else is built on.

Accountability

We hold each other to a higher standard — not out of judgment, but out of love. Accountability is how we show up for one another and for ourselves.

Dignity

Every resident is treated as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a case number. Dignity is non-negotiable in how we speak, how we listen, and how we lead.

Community

Recovery is not a solo journey. We are stronger together — and the bonds formed in this house often become the most important relationships in a person's recovery.

Our Team

Our staff are more than employees — many are people in long-term recovery themselves. They bring lived experience, professional training, and genuine care to every interaction.

SW
