House Manager — Women's House
Lead and support residents in our women's sober living home. You'll foster a safe, structured, and encouraging environment that empowers women in early recovery to build lasting sobriety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain house rules, curfews, and accountability structures
- Conduct regular house meetings and check-ins with residents
- Coordinate with clinical staff and case managers as needed
- Perform routine house inspections and document observations
- Respond to resident concerns and de-escalate conflicts calmly
- Model healthy routines, boundaries, and recovery-oriented behavior
- Submit weekly reports to program leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of continuous sobriety (if in personal recovery)
- Experience working in recovery, social services, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to maintain professional boundaries
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check required
